Driskell Named All-Tournament

GRAPELAND – A Grapeland Sandie baseball player recently traveled to Florida and picked up an award for his pitching while he was there.

Austin Driskell, 17 and an incoming senior at Grapeland High School was asked to go to the PERFECT GAME World Series Nationals 17U Team in Fort Meyers Florida.

Out of 383 teams that were there, three players were picked as All-Nationals Tournament Pitchers and Austin made the list.
