Bill Shroyer, 66, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 in Splendora. Bill was born January 3, 1952 in Crockett, to parents, Nathan William Shroyer and Mary Louise Sanders. He retired from TDCJ as a Supervisor and was a member of Lovelady United Methodist Church.

Bill Shroyer, 66, passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2018 in Splendora. Bill was born January 3, 1952 in Crockett, to parents, Nathan William Shroyer and Mary Louise Sanders.

He retired from TDCJ as a Supervisor and was a member of Lovelady United Methodist Church.

Bill is survived by his children, D’Anna Hester and fiancé, Randy Weaver of Splendora, Bryan Hester and fiancée, Faith Evans of Austin, Chase Hester and fiancée, Jordyn Rogers of Lufkin, Katrina Babcock and husband, Camron of Marcellus, NY, Adam Shroyer and significant other, Krista Klock of Fort Edward, NY; grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Weaver, Athena Grace Hester, Kamryn Elizabeth Babcock, Owen Michael Babcock, Connor James Babcock, Fynlea Grace Babcock; sister, Janice Shroyer Turner of Crockett; brother, David Lee Shroyer of Berea, KY; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his wife, Kimberly Ann Shroyer in 2007; parents, Nathan and Mary Shroyer; and son, William Anthony Shroyer.

Graveside services were held for Bill Shroyer on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the Lovelady Antioch Cemetery with Bro. Jim Parrish officiating.

Family received friends for visitation Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Correctional Peace Officers Foundation, PO Box 348390, Sacramento, CA 75834-8390.
