Angel Ramon Castillo

Angel Ramon Castillo, age 21, of Crockett, Texas passed away Monday, September 14, 2026 at Houston MD Anderson.  Angel was born February 9, 2005 in Crockett to parents, Ramon Castillo and Daisy Gonzalez Castillo.

Angel is survived by wife, Adriana Jimenez; parents, Ramon and Daisy Castillo; brothers, Jonathon Castillo and fiancé, Analyssa, Daniel Castillo; aunts and uncles, Manuel Gonzalez and wife, Kim, Jessica Cervantes and husband, Felipe, Agustin Gonzalez, Jr. and wife, Rocio, Liliana Gonzalez, Elida Castillo, Sandra Castillo, Norma Castillo, Jesus Castillo, Gabriel Castillo, Homero Castillo; grandparents, Agustin and Cristina Gonzalez, Ramon and Agustina Castillo, numerous other loving relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Ramon Castillo.

Angel loved deeply — his family, his friends, sports, music, and above all, his faith.

From a young age, sports taught him discipline, toughness, teamwork, and determination. He played soccer, football, baseball, and track, and stayed involved in school and community activities.

Angel treasured family time, vacations, laughter, and making memories with the people he loved most. His church, Primera Iglesia Bautista, was a very special part of his life, where he served as a lead singer, drummer and grew in his relationship with God.

Angel lived with love, joy, strength, and faith. His life may have been far too short, but the impact he made and the love he gave will remain with us forever.

Angel’s Celebration of Life was held at 3:30 p.m. at the Crockett Civic Center on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Visitation was held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Crockett Civic Center.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to Citizen’s National Bank, c/o Daisy Castillo.
