THE WEEKENDER by Clyde Black 4-2
“REPEAL 44-Care”
The health care bill being pushed by our Rep. Kevin Brady, Paul Ryan and other “moderate” republicans in the House failed this past week and never came to a vote. I am so pleased.
This thing was just a revision of 44-care and no republican should ever have come close to even thinking about it. A mere nine years ago NO republican believed in universal or federally controlled health care. It has always been a democrat proposition pushed by Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and that bunch of gangster liberals.
Now all of a sudden 50% of the Republican Party seems to think we need some sort of a national health care program. They are rinos. They are weak and have been brainwashed. LET 44-CARE DIE. PLEASE!
In Washington this week all the pundits, talking heads and media have their panties all twisted in knots! Get over it. We voted for REPEAL! Not replace. You folks aren’t listening or somehow you make it so complicated that you can’t get anything done. We do not want you, the federal government in our lives any more than absolutely necessary. Protect our country from enemies, protect our borders then basically leave us alone. Hell you’ve already stolen our social security dollars from us and given it to those who never contributed. Thanks a lot.
Ok, let me make it easy for you. If you refuse to do what we elected you to do I offer a compromise. Let’s start with the one that seems to have you all in a twitter, health care. If you insist on forcing some federal plan down our throats we agree to accept what you have given yourselves. Congressman Brady you represent me so I will accept what insurance and benefits the government provides or offers you. What you have approved for yourself please give to me. It’s only fair unless you and your family are more important than mine. We don’t want to eat the cake, Bro.!
You might remember Marie Antoinette, former first lady of France who felt she was much more privileged than her countrymen.
Being forced to eat the cake back then wasn’t a good thing and wasn’t as good as the cake our culture enjoys.
OK. There it is for this week. Give us what you got or leave us alone. God, please help us and bless us.
