Provalus Continuing to Expand Local Operation, Plans Ribbon-Cutting Event

CROCKETT – When Provalus came to Crockett, it brought more than a new business name to the community. It brought the promise of technology careers and badly needed employment opportunities – and the company is continuing to expand its local operation. Provalus will hold an official opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, at its facility at 1505 S. Fourth St. in Crockett. The community is invited to attend. Before the ceremony, guests will have an opportunity to tour the facility and learn more about Provalus’ mission and its investment in Crockett. Provalus describes itself as “a 100% U.S.-based outsourcing organization committed to limiting technology carers in communities where such opportunities have traditionally been The company’s approach focuses on recruiting, training and investing in local talent, particularly in rural and veteran-rich American communities. Through that model, Provalus says it is building a highly skilled workforce while helping prepare employees for careers in an increasingly technology-driven economy. For Crockett and Houston County, the significance is clear. The company’s arrival has created employment opportunities in an area where residents have often had to leave home to find specialized or technology-related work. According to the announcement inviting guests to the ribbon-cutting, Provalus is making a lasting impact by creating hundreds of jobs and providing employees with the specialized training needed to succeed in today’s changing technology landscape. The company’s presence in Crockett has already progressed beyond the early stages of establishing an operation. During a September 2025 update to the Crockett City Council, City Administrator John Angerstein reported that Phase 2 of the Provalus facility expansion had been completed and Phase 3 was underway. At that time, the company planned to add 15 employees in October and another 51 in November, bringing its workforce to more than 100 full-time employees. That earlier growth showed that Provalus was not simply announcing plans to come to Crockett. The company established an operation, invested in a local facility and began building a workforce. The Sept. 15 ceremony will provide an opportunity for residents to see that operation firsthand and learn more about the work being done there. It will also mark another step in the company’s continued growth and its effort to connect local workers with careers that may not traditionally have been available in the area.
