Noel Hill Goodson

Noel Hill Goodson, age 68, of Spring passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at his residence. Noel was born September 18, 1949 in Lufkin to parents, Rolan Goodson and Eunice Oliver Goodson.   He worked as a surveyor for many years and recently for the San Jacinto River Authority as a lab tech.

Noel is survived by wife, Rebecca Lee-Jones Goodson of Spring; daughters, Shawnette and Amy of Harris County; mother, Eunice Goodson Conner and husband, Billy of Pine Prairie; step-children, Chad Lee of Lufkin, Tifani Sadek and husband, Brian of Detroit, Terrance Jones of Detroit; eight grandchildren; sister, Linda Carol Andrews and husband, Larry of Hilltop Lakes; brothers, Leaon Ray Goodson and wife, Barbara of Point Blank, Clell Jay Goodson and wife, Jane of Navasota; special friend, Carl Palmer and wife, Candice; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by father, Rolan Goodson; daughter, DeAnette; and stepson, Jason.

Funeral services for Noel Hill Goodson were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2018 in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Bro. Larry Andrews officiating. Interment followed in the Ivie Cemetery.
