You are not alone. 1-800-273-8255. It’s a saying that has been pushed both on television (the Grammy’s) and social media. This is for those of you that are not really into awards shows and don’t “do” social media let me educate you to part of this “movement.” 1-800-273-8255. This is the Suicide Prevention Lifeline. It is a number you can call when you are weary. When you are so bone-tired from life that you just can’t take it any more. 1-800-273-8255. The people on the other end of this number will listen. They know nothing of your life, your circumstance or your reputation. They will not judge you. They will help lighten your burden.

There are times in life that it seems that no solution can be found. There is always a solution. Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees. That’s ok. Others can. 1-800-273-8255. Sometimes, as we get older, it becomes difficult to talk to others. We have a reputation to uphold. We don’t want to be a bother to our family/friends/church. There are a plethora of reasons for the feelings of loneliness, even in a crowded room. But, it is important to know, you are not alone. 1-800-273-8255.
