Jamie Moore

Jamie Moore, age 63, of Crockett, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at his residence. Jamie was born January 22, 1954 in Crockett to parents, Jimmy and Jeanne Shaver Moore.  He was a graduate of Crockett High School and also Sam Houston State University.  Jamie played baseball for Angelina Junior College and Sam Houston State University.  He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a member of the Central Baptist Church.

Jamie is survived by sister, Janis Omelina and husband, Ronnie of Crockett; nephews, Jason Omelina and wife, Leslie of Crockett and Justin Omelina of Crockett; great-nephews and great-niece, Mason, Cooper, Emily and Landon; numerous other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by parents, Jimmy and Jeanne Moore.

Funeral services for Jamie Moore were held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 26, 2017 in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. John Goss officiating.  Interment will follow in the Latexo Cemetery.  Family received friends Sunday, June 25 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Callaway-Allee Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church, 100 North 7th St., Crockett, TX  75835. Arrangements were under the direction of Callaway-Allee Funeral Home.
