Marlene Graham

Marlene Graham of Crockett, age 87, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 in Houston County Nursing Home.  She was born August 13, 1931 in Houston County to parents, Henry Bennett and Flonnie McClellan Bennett.  Marlene was a mother and homemaker and also worked in retail sales at Smock’s.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church and also a member of the Houston County Extension Homemaker’s Club for 39 years.

Marlene is survived by her sons, Mitchell Keith Graham of Fort Mill, SC, Steve Anthony Graham of Latexo; grandsons, Mitchell Graham of Little Rock, AR, Russell Graham of Wiley, TX; brother, Kenneth McClellan of Lovelady, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.  Marlene is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Graham; sister, Nelda Jean Gregg; mother-in-law, Una Bell Graham; step mother-in-law, Lure Bell Graham; sisters-in-law, Cora Mae Jones, Lure D. Patrick, Georgie Bell Graham, Florine Jones; brothers-in-law, Elwood Graham, Davis Graham.

Funeral services for Marlene Graham were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 9, 2018 in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Keith Graham officiating.  Interment followed in the Milligan Cemetery.  Family received friends for visitation Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
