Eric Hunter Saucier

Eric Hunter Saucier was born on June 19, 1981 in Houston, TX to Philip and Sharon Saucier. He passed away on November 16, 2016 (35 years old) to walk on the streets of Heaven and soar in the clouds. He is survived by his mother Sharon Feild (stepfather Jim), father Philip Saucier (stepmother Lisa), brother Ryan Saucier (wife Jenni), stepbrothers Brad Feild (wife Erica) and Brady Feild, nephew Hunter Saucier, nieces Addison Feild and Riley Field, and his beloved border collie Ace. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents (Helen and Hunter Williams), fraternal grandparents (Walter “Dutch” and Elevera Saucier), and aunt and uncle Cynthia and Carl Skinner. During his life, Eric lived by his own rules, achieved many personal dreams, was a friend to many, and always could tell a great embellished story or humorous joke. During his career, he served in the U.S. Navy, was a correctional officer and supervisor with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) and the GEO Group, Inc., a real estate agent, home inspector, a CNC machinist, and car salesman. A celebration of life will be held on November 26, 2016 at the Percilla Community Church (16005 FM 2022, Grapeland, TX 75844) at 2 p.m. A graveside internment will follow at the Augusta Cemetery in Augusta, TX. Refreshments will follow for friends and family at the Percilla Community Church following all services.
