Desiree Nicole Whitehead

Desiree Nicole Whitehead, age 33, of Grapeland passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at her residence.  Desiree was born October 15, 1985 in Galveston.  She enjoyed and was very good at coloring the meditation and calming coloring books.

Desiree is survived by husband, Troy Whitehead of Grapeland; children, Titus Whitehead of Grapeland, Kelsey Whitehead of Chaluota, FL, Rebekah Whitehead of Austin; mother, Toyia Putnam of Crockett; grandparents, Ray and Jo Ann Aronhalt of Grapeland; brothers, Timothy Morgan and Jessie of Crockett, Kenneth Morgan of Huntsville, Daniel Aronhalt and wife, Cara of Missouri; special aunts, Donna Smith and husband, Larry of Galveston; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Winston and Celia Whitehead of Grapeland; brothers-in-law, Jody Whitehead and wife, Janae of Grapeland, Doug Whitehead and wife, Elizabeth of Crockett; beloved cats, Niko, Cain, and Watson; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.  She was preceded in death by son, Dierk Decator Whitehead.

Funeral services for Desiree Nicole Whitehead will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2018 in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Brother Darryl Bennett and Brother Randy Shipman officiating.  Interment will follow in the Whitehead Cemetery.  Family will receive friends for visitation Saturday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Callaway-Allee Funeral Home.
