“The doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and we’ll have hors d’oeuvres served at that time,” explained Judy Scott, executive assistant for the Chamber.

Dinner will be served at approximately 6:15 p.m., while the program should begin at 6:30 p.m.

“We also have another drawing that we’re going to be doing, which is our 50/50 drawing,” she continued. “When the ticket is drawn from that, you split the drawing with the Chamber.”

Scott went on to mention  door prizes which will be up for grabs during the event.

“We also have a live auction that will be taking place that night,” she said. “We’re still getting things in on that, so I don’t have a definite on exactly what all is in the live auction, but we will be posting it on our Facebook page as soon as that information is in.”

Dinner will feature prime rib courtesy of Margaret Broughton and the Cattleman’s Country Cafe.

Individual tickets may be purchased for a cost of $30 each. Tables with seating for eight people are available for $300.
