Sammy Lynn Green

Graveside services for Sammy Lynn Green age 68 of Brazoria will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Parker Cemetery in Grapeland. Arrangements have been entrusted to and provided by Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

  Mr. Green passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at his residence.

He was born Oct. 21, 1948 in Crockett, Texas to James Green, Sr. and Opal Musick Green.

He grew up in the Brazos Port area, he was a mechanic and Baptist.

  Mr. Green was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Jimmie Sue Miles and Eva Dell Dobson and one brother James Green, Jr. He is survived by his son Jimmy Green and wife Brenda of Richwood, Texas, three grandchildren Josh Green and wife Sara of Humble, Tyler Green and fiance` Raquel of Pearland, Raegan Brooks and husband Jimmy of Angleton, two great grandchildren, Tinsley Brooks and Reese Green, two sisters, Teresa Milsaps and husband Roy of Latexo and Dian Swanson of Lake Jackson.

Family will serve as pallbearers.
