Deborah Ann Hernandez

Deborah Ann Hernandez, 61, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Houston County Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Garland to Bobby Ray Harris and Mary Ann Campbell Harris.  Deborah graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University, receiving her Master’s Degree in Special Education.

She worked for Crockett I.S.D. and the Crockett State School.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Donaldo P. Hernandez; children, Linda Krumm Stiegman of Niagara Falls, NY, Christopher Krumm of Lawton, OK, Melonie Krumm of Grapeland; grandchildren, Derek Gerwitz, Caleb Gerwitz, Chelsea Gerwitz, Macayla Seeley; mother, Mary Ann Mortimer and husband, Richard of Bismark, MO; brothers, David Harris and wife, Kathy of Garland, Rodger Harris and wife, Teresa of Garland; numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Deborah is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Ray Harris.

Memorial services for Deborah Ann Hernandez will be held 6 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2017 at the Spirit of Christ Baptist Church, 113 N. College, Grapeland.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Essential Baptist Church, P.O. Box 236, Grapeland, TX 75844.
