Billie Jean Pyle Williamson

Billie Jean Pyle Williamson, age 82, of Ratcliff, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017 in Lufkin. Jean was born December 10, 1934 in Houston County to parents, Henry and Minnie Pyle. Billie Jean is survived by daughters, Debbie Dodson and husband, Dale of Kennard, Susan Lewis and husband, Wink of Pollok, Janet Hogan and husband, Troy of Rosevine; sons, Steve Williamson and wife, Angie of Gilmer and Michael Williamson and wife, Darlene of San Augustine; daughters-in-law, Kayla Williamson of Nacogdoches and Annette Williamson of Crockett; granddaughters, Kelli Pilkington, Rachel Inman, Misty Dodson, Jade Dodson, Kaleigh Williamson, Chelsea Parten, Tessa Williamson, Morgan Williamson, Ashley Frankens, Michelle Cooper, Mercedes Duenas and Heather Williamson; grandsons, Nick Dodson, Tyler Taylor, Michael Cooper, John Wayne Williamson, Dakota Williamson, John Michael Williamson and Jacob Duenas; numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Alvin Williamson; parents, Henry and Minnie Pyle; sisters, Audrey and Mary; sons, David Williamson and John Mark Williamson; great-grandson, Rhett Sloan Garrett. Billie Jean lived her life for the Lord and her children. She loved to play the piano and sing in church and was a devout Christian, loving Mother and wonderful Grandmother. “An Angel on earth and so shall she be in Heaven”.

Funeral services for Billie Jean Pyle Williamson will be held Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Larry Bruce officiating. Interment will follow in the Weches Cemetery. Family will receive friends for visitation from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. prior to service.
