Brenda Faye Collier

Services for Brenda Faye Collier, age 63, of Grapeland will be held at 3:00pm, Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Felders Chapel Assembly of God Church with Rev. Randy Shipman officiating. Burial will follow in Bobbitt Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rhone Funeral Home.

Mrs. Collier passed away October 24, 2016 at Palestine Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 6, 1952 in Aransas Pass, Texas to Claud William (Cedar) and Claire Faye Peacock Clifton. Mrs. Collier was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a Christian and a faithful member of Felders Chapel Assembly of God Church.

Mrs. Collier was preceded in death by her parents and a son, John William Collier Jr. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, John William (Buddy) Collier; daughter, Lisa and husband Darrell Stubblefield; four grandchildren, Cheyenne Martinez, Nicholas Martinez, Freddie Martinez and wife Breanna, and Jennah Collier; three great grandchildren, Aiden Steele, Clayton and Addison Martinez; sister Shirley Cutler and husband Tommy; sister Joyce Tucker and husband Corey; three brothers, Billy Joe, Bobby Gene, and Billy Ray Clifton, numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm tonight at Felders Chapel Assembly of God Church.

Pallbearers will be nephews; Wayne Stewart, Ben Cutler, Marvin Cutler, great nephew; Lane Cutler, Lynn Stubblefield, and Detre Dominy. Honorary pallbearers will be John Shelly and Randall Parker.
